This is going to get done by means of using email, text messaging and the Internet to interact with my workers in a professional manner. Regardless, I am shaping my staff to change and become better people. I will have to maintain an open mind to their various ideas, and see whether or not they are able to get implemented within the Hospice.
As I strive to become a better leader through using humility, freewill and delegation. I know that I can positively impact others through my hard work. They may want to one day become a Nurse Practioner themselves in any setting of their choosing. The decisions I make could become the deciding factor on whether or not they go further in the medical field. I want to set aside my pride, and become a better servant and transformational leader. This will mean that I strive to put others first and that I do not speak up on every issue that could occur. In the end, everyone benefits, which makes it all worth it.
