...Arts Counterintelligence Thesis Proposal
Abstract
This proposal describes the need for an ethical standard in counterintelligence. It discusses how an analysis of the formation of the counterintelligence program under Angleton can provide insight into what went wrong with counterintelligence and how those problems can be prevented in the future. It uses a combination of conflict theory, structural functionalism and critical theory to explore the dimensions of counterintelligence in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. The research design is qualitative with the case study approach to Angleton’s counterintelligence serving as the method. The aim of the research is to provide an ethical framework that could be used to help the counterintelligence enterprise collaborate more effectively with the private sector in the future.

...Arts How to Rid Oneself of Diabetes through Healthy Dieting
Concrete Experience
I started my health and nutrition program study after I began reading more health literature. I had seen my father’s health erode as a result of poor dieting and lack of exercise. He suffers from diabetes and is convinced it is not related to his lack of dieting or exercise, but the literature I had read convinced me otherwise. Davis (2008) showed that natives in the Marshall Islands developed diabetes when they moved away from their natural, organic diets and began consuming pre-packaged, fast foods. He initiated a program that returned them to a lifestyle of living off the land and sea, which gave them exercise and a healthy, organic diet. Their diabetes disappeared (Davis, 2008). Bray, Nielsen and Popkin (2004) and Malik et al. (2010) also have shown a link between consumption of high-fructose corn syrup, soda pop……

...Arts Public Administration
How Public Administrative Discretion Works
1
The main difference between public and private administration is that in the former the administration both administers to the public and is accountable to the public; in the latter, the administration is accountable only to stakeholders, which may or may not include members of the community/public. Other differences include the fact that in private administration, the idea is that the administration is overseeing some business organization that focuses on a goal related to its mission, its business model. Public administration, on the other hand, refers to a political process wherein official administrators are elected or appointed to do a job for the good of the public. They typically control or use public funds; must give a public accounting of how funds are used, and must to all intents and purposes fulfill a mandate given them by the public—though, of course, it is……

When Donald Trump launched campaigns for the highest seat in the land, most people – including most political analysts – did not believe he stood a chance. Here was a billionaire known for his brash language and liking for controversy. His role as a reality TV show host made him especially unqualified for politics. Due to the constant need to balance the interests of various stakeholders and ensure that no constituency feels aggrieved, politicians are largely expected to thrive on political correctness. On the other hand, TV show business thrives on controversy and suspense. As a reality TV show host, trump was all business and his direct and no-holds-bared approach endeared him to millions of viewers from across the world. He was uniquely qualified for showbiz, and not politics. In simple terms, here was an individual whose public life revolved around models, buildings, and whose language was for the……

...Arts Compare and Contrast Paper on Abraham Lincoln on Leadership
Introduction
Successful leadership, like any other endeavor, can be replicated. The recipe for such replication is the study and understanding of the leadership ideologies and approaches of successful leaders in the field of interest. One of the greatest leaders of modern civilization is Abraham Lincoln, and his method, life, and ideologies have been studied and proposed across multiple books and journals of leadership discipline. Lincoln on leadership is one of such studies that introduce the life of Abraham Lincoln as one of the most successful and memorable statesmen in American political history, and his success is examined under various contexts. Lincoln on leadership is the primary study for this paper; however, observations are made from other leadership literature to reinforce the author’s views on successful leadership, as illustrated through Abraham Lincoln.

...Arts Romeo and Juliet Quote Analysis
Quote I
They say the lady is fair. 'Tis a truth, I can bear them witness. And virtuous—'tis so, I cannot reprove it. And wise, but for loving me. By my troth, it is no addition to her wit—nor no great argument of her folly, for I will be horribly in love with her. (II.iii.204–208).
Reaction
Leonato, Claudio, and Don Pedro have been discussing Beatrice's love, albeit fabricated, for Benedick, and he (Benedick) has overheard. On stage, alone, he thinks about these developments and resolves to reciprocate the love. He quips, "for I will be terribly in love with her" (II.iii.208). This section is obviously meant to elicit humor, as it is realistically impossible to fall so deeply in love with a person just by knowing their virtues. The intention to elicit humor can also be perceived in the use of the word "horribly." From……
